After our initial 'deep-dive' and handover of the necessary accesses and logins, the team do a full audit of everything you have already put in place within your business structure.
We then weigh this all up against your desired outcomes and plot a plan to fill the gaps and create what's missing...as well as some options you perhaps hadn't considered.

Now, we begin the intensive implementation and structuring of our agreed plan of action to make every aspect of the business flow seamlessly together!
It is our way to update you regularly and no significant changes are put in place without your approval and initiation, depending on how you like to do things!
Accounts set up are all in your business name and selected representatives of your organisation listed as the managing individuals. Passwords are shared with you immediately and securely.
Throughout your programme we will also have monthly recap meetings and more, if necessary.
